By using Mera Guru Ji, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older to hold an account. A parent may generate a chart for their own child, but the app addresses the parent, not the child.

Guidance, not advice

Mera Guru Ji offers astrological guidance for reflection and entertainment. It is not medical, legal, psychiatric or financial advice, and it does not guarantee any outcome. We do not warrant that any reading is accurate or complete, and any decision you take after using the app is your own. In a crisis, the app shows helpline numbers instead of a reply — please use them, and seek qualified help.

Your account

One account per phone number. Keep your sign-in secure and tell us if you think someone else has access to it. You're responsible for what happens on your account.

Payments

Payments are collected by Razorpay on our behalf. We are the seller; Razorpay is our payment processor. You are responsible for the charges made with the payment method or UPI account you use, and you confirm you are allowed to use it.

Prices shown in the app and on this site are exclusive of taxes. Goods and Services Tax is added on top at the applicable rate, and the total you will be charged — the price plus tax — is shown to you before you pay.

Guru Plus is a monthly subscription. If a first-month introductory price is shown to you, that price applies to the first period only and the standard monthly price applies from the next one — the app tells you both prices, and the date the standard price starts, before you pay. A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. You can cancel any time from the Guru Plus screen in the app; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

A day pass gives unlimited chat for a fixed number of hours from the moment you pay. It does not renew and it cannot be paused. Kundli Milan credits are one-time purchases.

Refunds and cancellation

See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for when a purchase can be cancelled or refunded, and how to ask. Nothing there or here limits the rights Indian consumer law gives you.

Acceptable use

Don't impersonate someone else, abuse or scrape the service, try to break its security, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close an account that does.

Your content

Your birth details and conversations remain yours. Using the app gives us only the right to process them to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Ending your account

You can ask us to delete your account any time — see Delete your account. We may also suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Liability

The app is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our liability for any claim is capped at what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose.

Changes

If we change these terms, this page and its date will change with them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Chandigarh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
