Cancellation & Refund Policy

All payments on Mera Guru Ji are collected by Razorpay, on our behalf. We are the seller of record on every purchase, so every refund and cancellation decision below is ours, not a payment processor's.

Guru Plus subscription

Guru Plus is a monthly subscription that renews automatically until you cancel it. You can cancel any time from the Guru Plus screen in the app; cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not refund the unused part of a period you have already had access to, including an introductory first period.

Day pass

A day pass gives unlimited chat for a fixed number of hours from the moment you pay. It activates immediately, cannot be paused, and is not refundable once it has started — the same reasoning as any other service that is delivered the instant you buy it.

Kundli Milan credits

Milan credits are a one-time purchase and are consumed the moment a report is generated. A credit that has been spent on a report is not refundable. Credits you have not spent don't expire, but deleting your account gives up any you haven't used — see Delete your account.

What we don't refund

• Credits, reports or subscription time you have already used or had access to.
• A day pass once it has started.
• A reading based on birth details you entered incorrectly — correct them and ask again instead.

What we do refund

If you were charged in error — twice for the same thing, after you cancelled, or for something that was never delivered because of a fault on our side — write to us and we will refund it. Nothing in this policy limits the rights Indian consumer law gives you.

A refund we approve is for the full amount you were charged, including the tax that was added to it at checkout.

How to ask

Write to contact@meraguruji.com with the approximate date and amount of the charge. We aim to respond within 7 days. Where we approve a refund, Razorpay returns it to the original payment method, which can take a few additional business days to appear depending on your bank or UPI app.

Changes

If this policy changes, this page and its date will change with it.
