How to ask

Email contact@meraguruji.com with subject Delete my account and your sign-in phone number in full international form (e.g. +91 then your 10-digit number, no spaces).

We'll text a verification code to that number first — without it we won't act on the request, since anyone who knows your number could try to erase your account. We confirm within 7 days of verifying you.

What happens, and when

• Immediately: any public Kundli Milan share link you created stops working, and you're signed out everywhere.
• For 90 days: your account still works, and you can cancel the request by writing to the same address. Opening the app does not cancel it — you have to tell us.
• After 90 days: deletion runs and cannot be undone.

What is deleted

Your profile, phone number and birth details; every chart and Kundli Milan report on your account; every conversation with every guruji and what they remembered about you; your daily-guidance history, notification tokens, and sign-in record.

What is kept, and why

Two things survive, with your identity stripped out:

• Payment records — what was purchased, when, and for how much. Indian tax law requires this; your account reference is replaced with a meaningless one.
• Our own AI cost records — cost and volume only, none of your content.

Two things to do yourself

• Cancel your Guru Plus subscription first — deleting your Mera Guru Ji account does not by itself cancel a running subscription. Cancel it from the Guru Plus screen in the app, or ask us to cancel it in the same email as your deletion request. Otherwise Razorpay keeps billing the next cycle.
• Uninstall the app yourself, if you want it off your phone.
